Cassie Lapaseotes shared about her experience of purchasing and remodeling a downtown building in her hometown of Bridgeport to create an updated business space and a apartment. Neal Blomenkamp, a Runza franchisee, discussed his process of taking a rundown building and upgrading the space for a Runza and clean parking spaces. Information provided by Rick Wayman and Starr Lehl were also shared about the lofts and commercial spaces developed in downtown Scottsbluff.
