Andy Long from McCook Economic Development Corp. & Cultivate Rural Leaders shared about the cultivation of leadership and how this should not just be applied to adult community members, but should start with students as well. He shared about McCook's experience of taking 15 High School students through a leadership program within the community. Megan Spargo a CRA Coordinator, also shared about her experience with developing leadership in the town of Benkelman by creating connections between multiple generations.

Presenters shared financing strategies, renovation lessons, and the partnerships that helped create new housing opportunities and revitalize the community.
