Developing Housing Through Modular Innovation: Turning Challenges into Opportunity

Partnering with BonnVilla Homes  in Aurora, Nebraska, they completed 15 housing units—including seven townhomes and one single-family home, in just four months, demonstrating the efficiency of factory-built models. The presentation highlighted challenges when utilizing Modular Homes. Key takeaways included the importance of strong partnerships, careful planning, early city engagement, and managing tight construction timelines to reduce costs and deliver affordable housing effectively.
