The Custer County Economic Development Corporation highlighted housing initiatives undertaken since 2014. Since 2013, more than 80 homes and 61 apartment units have been constructed. Scotti Ross and Stuart Fox presented key projects and emphasized that many of these developments would not have been possible without the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
